Additional details*: The seller asked me to contact him in WhatsApp or wickr where he sent me some pictures if the product along with screenshots of delivered product. He said he would ill d sell me 1 L for $280. I slept on it, was uneasy but then he sent me a text with a picture of the product, next to an invoice with my name, a long with other packages with other names and locations. Once I sent the money, he alleged his (Chinese) boss won't let him ship less than 2L, so now I had to pay the difference. Once I refused, he pretty much told me that was my only option. Once i said I would report him, he said that he had been doing this for many years and to go ahead. So here I am.
