Once you transfer the money for the product you want to buy, they tell you the product has been delivered to you via "Global West Coast Logistics". Then you will receive an e-mail from the logistics saying the shipping is hold by the customs, and you have to pay a huge amount of clearance fee (or something like that) which is 98% refundable.
