- They say they use EMS as courier. After you pay them for the product you receive a tracking code. But after a few days, you receive an email from EMS saying your package is "hold at the custom" (in my case UK) and they ask you to pay a "restriction stamp" (?) of €558, because of the confidentiality of the package, to avoid regular custom check. They declare that such a stamp is not compulsory, but if you tell them to proceed without the stamp they insist for having the stamp. And if you stay in touch with hospitableending they appear to be very proactive in trying to sort this issue, until the point in which they suggest you ... to pay the stamp (I refused to pay the stamp).
